Where do I find my tracking number?
It's in the shipping confirmation email we send when your order leaves our warehouse. Check your spam or promotions folder if you can't see it.
My tracking hasn't updated – is that normal?
Yes, it can take 24–48 hours for a new tracking number to show its first update with the carrier. If nothing has changed after a few days, get in touch and we'll check for you.
I haven't received a shipping email
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. If it's been longer, contact us with your order number and we'll send you the tracking details.
Can I return my order?
Yes – you have 90 days to try your Cairn™. If it's not for you, send it back in its original condition for a full refund.
