General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products offered on the website www.nalhaa.com, between the company Nalhaa and any individual making a purchase through the site.

1. Purpose

These GTCS define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales of products offered by Nalhaa.

2. Products

The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs are non-contractual and do not bind Nalhaa.

3. Prices

Prices are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise indicated.
Shipping costs are indicated separately during the purchase process.
Nalhaa reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applied will be the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.

4. Orders

To place an order, the user must follow the online purchase process.
The order is considered valid only after payment confirmation.
Nalhaa reserves the right to refuse any order in case of anomalies or previous disputes with the user.

5. Payment

Payment is required at the time of order.
Accepted payment methods: credit card, PayPal, and other methods listed on the site.
Payments are secure, and banking data is not stored by Nalhaa.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Nalhaa is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or force majeure events.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, the user has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without the need to provide a reason.

Return conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product

8. Defective Products or Order Errors

In case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Return shipping costs will be covered by Nalhaa if the error is attributable to us.

9. Warranty

The products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided by Articles L.217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code.
Any issues must be reported within 2 months of discovery.

11. Governing Law

These GTCS are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent court will be that of Nalhaa’s registered office, unless otherwise required by law.
