14-Day Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.

📦 Return Shipping Costs
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
This includes all transportation fees and any additional charges.
🔧 Damaged Items or Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
🚫 Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and make a separate purchase once the return is accepted.

Regardless of the above, if your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging.
You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
💳 Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
